Our Commitment

We want you to love OurRoots.Africa. If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Founding Members)

For founding members who pay $199 for lifetime access:

  • You have 30 days from the beta launch date (March 2026) to try the platform
  • If you're not satisfied, email us at hello@afrofeast.travel
  • We'll refund your full $199 payment, no questions asked
  • No hassle, no hard feelings

Important Timeline:

  • You pay $199 during founding phase (November 2025 - March 2026)
  • Platform launches: March 2026
  • Your 30-day guarantee starts from launch date, NOT payment date
  • You have until April 2026 to request a refund

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Annual Members)

For annual members ($99, $199, or $299 per year):

  • You have 30 days from your payment date to try the platform
  • If you're not satisfied, email us at hello@afrofeast.travel
  • We'll refund your full annual payment, no questions asked
  • This applies to both new members and renewals

After the 30-Day Guarantee

Founding Members:

  • After 30 days, refunds are not available
  • You have lifetime access (no ongoing payments)
  • You can request account deletion anytime (forfeits lifetime access)

Annual Members:

  • After 30 days, refunds are not available
  • You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges
  • No refunds for unused time in current billing period

Platform Closure Guarantee (Founding Members Only)

If OurRoots.Africa must close for any reason:

  • We'll provide 90 days' notice
  • We'll offer full refunds to all lifetime founding members
  • You risk nothing with your $199 investment

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@afrofeast.travel with:

  • Your name and email address
  • Reason for refund (optional but helpful)

We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Refunds are NOT available if:

  • Your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • You engaged in fraudulent activity
  • You're requesting a refund after the 30-day guarantee period
